Ingredients
 1 cup pecans
 1 tablespoon maple syrup
 ½ tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
 ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
 ⅛ teaspoon  sea salt

Preheat oven to 350°F (180° C).

In a bowl, place maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt. Mix

Add pecans and coat well with the mixture. Place on baking sheet, roast for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven. Stir and bake for another 5 minutes.

Let cool. Pecans will harden as they cool.
